Adobe Premiere -> MOV
Export as Micrisoft AVI, with "No Compression" option.
The output is about 7GB for 5 minutes, 600 x 600.
Open it in Quicktime and export it as mov file.
About 40% quality, the compressed file is about 70MB.

Start Menu > All Programs > Windows Media > Windows Media Encoder
Custom Session
Sources (tab) > Source From "File" > specify input filename (avi)
Output (tab) > Pull from encoder... > uncheck
Output (tab) > Encode to file > check
Output (tab) > specify output filename (wmv)
Compression (tab) > Edit > 300kbps (tab) > Same as Video Input > check
Start Encoding (Top Menu Icon)
